Chef Kenetha is one of very few Caribbean Female yacht Chefs in the charter yacht industry, Kenetha originally hails from the island of St Vincent, she spent time working in London, and studied at the New England Culinary Institute, Kenetha's cuisine is a blend of her Caribbean roots mixed with European cuisine.
We recently spent time with Chef Leanne ( originally from Australia), one of the talented chefs from Voyage Charters, show us that no matter how small your cooking space is ( in this case - the galley of a catamaran), that you can produce first class dish of pan seared duck breast with mango thyme sauce.
